My work has moved from building software in a startup to shaping product direction and developer-facing platforms. The common thread is learning how technical systems, product choices and organisations constrain one another.
I have worked on API platforms, extensibility, observability and developer tooling. The product question is rarely only how an interface works; it is how customers, partners and internal teams can build on it without weakening the platform over time.

Since then, much of my role has involved working with engineering leadership on roadmaps, constraints and the different risks each discipline sees.
