Case study · Product & Engineering Advisory

Improving delivery confidence with testing and bounded AI experiments.

A software team wanted to improve delivery confidence and explore AI without introducing automation it could not yet trust or own.

Goal

Reduce recurring manual friction, improve feedback during development and identify practical uses for AI with clear limits.

How we worked

Across recurring working sessions, we reviewed workflows, built small prototypes, demonstrated them with the team and decided what to pursue next. We looked at testing, assisted review, access to system information and clearer checks and rules in the repository.

What changed

A fast testing layer moved into regular use. AI-assisted prototypes produced useful review feedback and answered operational questions in demonstrations. The team selected nearer-term quality priorities and deferred options likely to create more noise than value.
